3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €100.
  • Express Shipping: Calculated individually based on the weight and volume of the package. The cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Customs Fees and Taxes

  • Since shipments are from France to the United Kingdom, additional customs fees and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon receiving the package. Please check the import regulations for the United Kingdom before placing an order.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
