Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on moneprofessional.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by SAS MONÉ Group, registered at 13 ter-15 rue Auguste Gervais, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France ("MONÉ", "we", "us", "our"), trading in the United Kingdom as MONÉ.
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Your statutory rights under UK law
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you are a consumer purchasing from outside a physical store (distance selling), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, for any reason and without justification.
You then have a further 14 days from the day you notify us to return the goods to us.
This 14-day cooling-off period applies only to sealed products in mint condition that have not been opened, used, or had their hygiene seal broken.
2. Beauty and personal care products — sealed vs opened
Under the same regulations and the UK Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013, opened cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where the product is defective or has been delivered in error.
Sealed products (hygiene seal intact, original packaging, unused): may be returned within 14 days of receipt under the cooling-off period above.
Opened or used products (seal broken, even partially): are not eligible for return, with the exception of defective or wrongly delivered items (see Section 6 below).
3. How to start a return
To request a return, please email info@moneprofessional.co.uk with:
Your order number
The product(s) you wish to return
The reason for return
A photograph of the product (showing the hygiene seal is intact, if applicable)
We will respond within 2 business days with confirmation and return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without a prior return authorisation will not be accepted.
4. Return shipping costs
Cooling-off returns (you change your mind): you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we have agreed otherwise.
Defective or wrong product: we cover all shipping costs (outbound and return).
5. Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return without you receiving the refund, please contact info@moneprofessional.co.uk.
6. Defective, damaged, or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or you have received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@moneprofessional.co.uk with photographic evidence.
For defective or wrong items, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at your choice, and we will cover all shipping costs. This right is in addition to the 14-day cooling-off period and applies regardless of whether the product has been opened.
7. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances (other than defects):
Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products (see Section 2)
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to follow the return process above and then place a new order. We do not currently process direct exchanges.
